Proprietor Patrick Maguire, a former jockey from Limerick, Ireland has been running Paddy Maguire's Ale House since 1995 in the Gramercy Park neighborhood of Manhattan.

Patrons are welcomed by a mounted, wreathed white horse and recently the ceilings were redesigned by a design student from the School of Visual Arts. Every detail captures Paddy's love of all things equine.

Cozy and welcoming with friendly bartenders and unique, eccentric decor (yes, this is the bar with the famous upside down Christmas tree), Maguire's is sure to become your favorite home away from home!
